Referral program
What we do
An experienced product leader who knows how to build fast and get maximum impact, working across multiple sectors.
Put your first and last name in and copy and paste the message or the link to send to your referral. The link tracks the introduction back to you.

You should talk to Anna Bersudsky at GoodPath. She helps founders and teams figure out what to build and what to fix. First call is free:
Or, if it's a cold introduction
Rather send something first? Share our info page. It explains what we do before they book a call.

Rather introduce us directly? Email me or connect us on LinkedIn. It all counts the same.
Nobody describes themselves as needing product strategy, but people complain out loud constantly. If you hear one of these, the line underneath is what you say back.
"We built the app but nobody's really using it."
"You should talk to my friend Anna. She does a full teardown and tells you what's actually wrong."
"We're getting downloads and no one comes back."
"I know someone who finds exactly where people drop off, and why. First call is free."
"I have an idea for an app. Do you know anyone who does that?"
"Talk to Anna before you spend a dollar building it."
"We know we need to launch, we just don't know where to start."
"She runs a four week sprint that ends with a plan you can start on Monday."
"Our roadmap is a mess and we're about to hire someone to run it."
"Before you run that search, talk to her. She does the role two or three days a week."
"Our team is stuck. Everyone keeps circling the same ideas."
"She runs a facilitated ideation day that gets teams unstuck."
Not sure if it counts? Send it anyway.
Not a one time finder's fee. You get a cut of everything that client spends with us for a full year, so one introduction can keep paying.
to you
A founder who buys 360 Product Insights plus the GTM add on, then comes back for a Sprint.
Everything's here if you want it. You don't need any of it to make an introduction.
Every engagement starts with a free discovery call.
A complete review of your app or digital product. Where people drop off, what confuses them, what to fix first and what to leave alone. Includes one discovery call, two working sessions, a written insights report, and a session to walk through the insights and answer questions. May require additional outreach to your users where they are available.
$2,999How to leverage your network and your platform to launch or grow your product.
+$1,199One discovery call, then two working sessions of up to two hours each to pressure test your idea and leave with next steps you can actually do.
$499One discovery call, two working sessions of up to two hours each, and a written analysis of your idea. Is it real, how big is it, who is already doing it, is it buildable, and what step 1, step 10 and step 100 look like.
$1,499One discovery call, one working session of up to two hours, and written recommendations on what to use, how to set it up, and what to skip.
$399One discovery call, two working sessions, a full review of your stack and spend, a report on what to cut, consolidate and add, and a walkthrough session of the recommendations.
$1,999Four weeks in two sprints, pointed at getting one specific thing done. You could leave with new designs, a product market fit analysis, a fully vetted roadmap, an analytics setup, or whatever gets you to the next level. Scope is agreed at kickoff.
$5,499Senior product leadership embedded in your team two to three days a week. Strategy, roadmap, operating rhythm and KPIs, plus a clear view of where AI actually belongs in your product and your operations, and where it does not. Month to month, no equity.
CustomScoped on a callTwo weeks to rework what is not working. UX, visual design, or new screens. You leave with designs your team can build from.
CustomScoped on a callFor teams that are stuck. When everyone is circling the same ideas and nothing is moving, this gets them unstuck. Discovery up front, then a full day of facilitated ideation, virtual or onsite. Your team leaves with a shortlist of real directions and a decision on which one to pursue.
CustomScoped on a callIf these packages aren't a fit, a discovery call sorts out what they actually need.
They book through your link, they tell us you sent them, or you email us their name before they reach out on their own. Any of the three works. First person to send them gets the credit.
A year. Introductions to businesses can take a long time to turn into anything, so if they book within a year of your introduction, they're yours. Your link is the airtight version, but an email works just as well.
15% of everything they're invoiced in the first 30 days of the engagement, add ons included.
5% of everything they're invoiced in months 2 through 12. New projects, retainers, expansions, all of it. It ends at the twelve month mark.
Within 15 days of the client's payment clearing. Not when they're invoiced, but when the money actually lands.
No commission on money we never collected, and refunded work comes off the next payout. Fair in both directions.
Any of these reach me directly.
Don't want to pitch at all? Email us their name and what you overheard, and we'll take it from there. You never have to explain a thing, and it still counts as your referral.
